Domestic Shipping & Return Policy
SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed on the same day if ordered before 4 PM. Orders completed after 4 PM will be processed on the next day. Orders executed on Sunday will be further processed on Monday.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive Shipment Confirmation details on your order dashboard. You can get the Tracking ID there itself and track it also.
DAMAGES
thinkIIT is not liable for any products damaged or lost in transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. However, we may provide you with a replacement in case you get the wrong product from us. You will have to provide us with the details asked for.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We currently do not ship outside India.
RETURN POLICY
In case you want to return the shipment, you need to send the package back to us at the below address through courier/Indian Post to receive the refund. Our Team will help you out regarding the process. You can call on 08047189643, In case If you are clueless about further process.
The courier/Indian Post charges are to be borne by the customer to get the refund.
No refund will be issued, If we don’t get our product back.
A refund will be initiated once we get the product delivered back to us or, you can also share the tracking ID to get the refund.
